大学生道德自律养成教育研究

【摘要】:道德自律,是个体道德修养的理性追求;是高校思想政治工作的主要任务;也是社会伦理规范的价值诉求。道德本身并不具有强制力,只有舆论导向力,现实社会中总有人在道德舆论面前无动于衷。要想真正落实好社会道德规范,就需要个体将道德规范内化于心,外化于行。大学生作为推动时代发展的生力军和践行道德规范的主体,其道德自律的养成不仅能够培育个体高尚人格,而且在极大程度上与文明社会发展目标相契合。本文从养成教育角度来研究大学生道德自律,希望通过提高学生的道德自律意识,改进高校道德教育方式方法,促进道德目标与方法的有机统一,即道德自律与养成教育的统一。本文通过调查研究、文献梳理、综合分析等方法来研究大学生道德自律养成教育的实际状况,从康德道德自律说、马克思道德自律观、中国儒家传统的“慎独”思想、陶行知的养成教育观为本研究奠定了理论基础,并对大学生道德自律养成教育的基本内涵进行阐述。以此为出发点,通过实证研究,以发放问卷的形式,对当前高校学生的道德自律养成实际情况进行统计分析,从大学生自身方面和高校教育方面对道德自律养成教育的现存问题展开论述,即从高校教育管理制度、课堂教学过程、受教育者主观能动性以及社会、学校、家庭环境因素对存在的问题进行全面分析。在此基础上,针对其问题及原因,从完善道德自律养成教育内在机制、优化教学课堂、健全学校管理监督机制、挖掘传统文化道德自律内核、提升道德自律教育的社会合力方面,对大学生道德自律养成教育的有效途径进行深入探究,以期提出切实可行的、操作性较强的对策,提高受教育者道德自律养成能力,提升高校道德自律养成教育实效性,为帮助大学生养成良好的道德习惯,提高高校道德教育水平提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:Moral self-discipline is the rational pursuit of individual moral accomplishment, the main task of ideological and political work in colleges and universities, and the value demand of social ethical norms. Morality itself does not have compulsive force, only the power of public opinion guidance, there are always people in the real society in the face of moral public opinion indifferent. In order to carry out the social moral code well, the individual needs to internalize and externalize the moral code in the mind. As a new force to promote the development of the times and the main body of practicing moral norms, the cultivation of moral self-discipline of college students can not only cultivate individual noble personality, but also, to a great extent, coincide with the goal of the development of civilized society. This paper studies the moral self-discipline of college students from the angle of cultivating education, hoping to promote the organic unity of moral goals and methods by improving students' moral self-discipline consciousness and improving the ways and means of moral education in colleges and universities. That is, the unity of moral self-discipline and cultivation education. This paper studies the actual situation of moral self-discipline education of college students by means of investigation, literature review and comprehensive analysis. According to Kant's theory of moral self-discipline, Marx's view of moral self-discipline, Chinese Confucian tradition of "cautious independence", Tao Xingzhi's concept of cultivating education lays a theoretical foundation for this study, and expounds the basic connotation of moral self-discipline education for college students. With this as the starting point, through the empirical research, through the form of questionnaire, the paper makes a statistical analysis on the actual situation of moral self-discipline of college students. This paper discusses the existing problems of moral self-discipline education from the aspects of college students themselves and university education, that is, from the educational management system, the classroom teaching process, the subjective initiative of the educatee, and the society and the school. The family environment factor carries on the comprehensive analysis to the existence question. On this basis, in view of its problems and reasons, from perfecting the internal mechanism of moral self-discipline education, optimizing the teaching classroom, perfecting the school management and supervision mechanism, excavating the traditional cultural moral self-discipline core. In the aspect of enhancing the social resultant force of moral self-discipline education, this paper probes into the effective ways of moral self-discipline education for college students, in order to put forward feasible and operable countermeasures, and to improve the ability of moral self-discipline cultivation of educatees. To improve the effectiveness of moral self-discipline education in colleges and universities, to help college students to form good moral habits and to improve the level of moral education in colleges and universities.
