新时期高校意识形态安全建设研究

【摘要】：2015年中共中央办公厅印发的《关于进一步加强和改进新形势下高校宣传思想工作的意见》强调“做好高校宣传思想工作,加强高校意识形态阵地建设,是一项战略工程、固本工程、铸魂工程,事关党对高校的领导,事关全面贯彻党的教育方针,事关中国特色社会主义事业后继有人”,要使社会主义核心价值观“内化于心,外化于行”。目前,高校青年以及教师群体的思想观念呈现出多样化与复杂化,使高校意识形态工作面临了极大挑战。因此,如何做好高校意识形态工作,近些年来成为了高校这一青年聚集地的紧迫任务。本文前两章主要探析了高校意识形态的研究价值及意义,并对研究现状进行了探讨。第三章从高校自身的角度出发,讨论了高校意识形态安全的内在隐忧,包括高校意识形态工作隐忧、高校意识形态领导管理隐忧、高校意识形态教育工作隐忧。第四章主要剖析了我国高校意识形态面临的外部挑战,即文化多元化带来的挑战与冲突、西方社会思潮传播造成的负面影响、宗教恶意渗透造成的严重隐患、意识形态网络环境形势的复杂化。第五章则针对如何加强高校意识形态安全建设提出了对策,即构筑好高校意识形态安全建设蓝图、维护高校意识形态安全建设的环境、提升高校意识形态安全建设免疫力、强化高校意识形态安全建设行动力。
[Abstract]:The opinions on further strengthening and improving the propaganda and ideological work in Colleges and Universities issued by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee in 2015 stressed that "it is a strategic project to do a good job in propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities and to strengthen the ideological front construction in colleges and universities." This project concerns the leadership of the Party over colleges and universities, the comprehensive implementation of the Party's educational policy, and the successors to the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. At present, the ideological concepts of the youth and teachers in colleges and universities are diversified and complicated, which makes the ideological work of colleges and universities face a great challenge. Therefore, how to do a good job of ideological work in colleges and universities in recent years has become an urgent task for this youth gathering area. The first two chapters mainly analyze the research value and significance of the ideology in colleges and universities, and discuss the present situation of the research. The third chapter discusses the internal worries of ideological security in colleges and universities from the perspective of their own, including ideological work in colleges and universities, ideological leadership management concerns, ideological education in colleges and universities. The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the external challenges facing the ideology of colleges and universities in China, namely, the challenges and conflicts brought about by cultural diversity, the negative effects caused by the spread of western social trends of thought, and the serious hidden dangers caused by the malicious infiltration of religion.
