美国博士生教育质量保障的基本经验及启示

【摘要】:在多年的发展与变革过程中,美国博士生教育质量保障不仅取得了长足的发展,积累了诸多宝贵经验:重视院校的内部自我评估;强化培养中内部各环节的要求;注重发挥中介机构的监控作用;倡导内外部质量保障的互通;突出强调质量标准的建设;注重发挥法律法规的保障作用。借鉴美国的经验,我国博士生教育质量保障应强化内部培养过程的管理,建立内部自我评估的机制;完善相关组织机构的建设,有效发挥中介机构的作用;注重教育质量标准的完善,加强相关法律法规的建设。
[Abstract]:In the course of many years' development and reform, American doctoral students' education quality assurance has not only made great progress, but also accumulated many valuable experiences: attaching importance to the internal self-evaluation of colleges, strengthening the requirements of internal links in training, and strengthening the quality assurance of doctoral education in the United States. Pay attention to the monitoring role of intermediary organizations; advocate the interworking of internal and external quality assurance; emphasize the construction of quality standards; pay attention to play the role of protection of laws and regulations. Based on the experience of the United States, the quality assurance of doctoral education in China should strengthen the management of the internal training process, establish the internal self-evaluation mechanism, perfect the construction of relevant organizations and give full play to the role of the intermediary organizations. Pay attention to the improvement of educational quality standards and strengthen the construction of relevant laws and regulations.
