21世纪以来我国教师教育政策的核心要素分析——基于扎根理论的研究

【摘要】：通过质性研究中扎根理论的方法,对21世纪以来较有影响力的教师教育政策文本进行"编码"并对其加以分析发现,教师教育政策制定影响因素包括教育政策主体、教育实施手段的元认知。在此基础上,可以描摹出教师教育发展政策的一般趋势:增强政策主体的倾斜力度,保障制度伦理上的多元和谐与分配正义;扩大共生性合作发展规模,促进政策实施手段上的多元结合与协同发展;推动政策主体与实施手段之间媒介的建立。
[Abstract]:Through the method of rooting theory in qualitative research, this paper encodes the influential text of teacher education policy since the 21st century and analyzes it. It is found that the influencing factors of teacher education policy formulation include the subject of education policy. Metacognition of educational implementation means. On this basis, we can describe the general trend of teacher education development policy: to strengthen the inclination of policy subjects, to ensure the pluralistic harmony and distributive justice in system ethics, to expand the scale of symbiotic cooperative development, To promote the policy implementation means of multiple combination and synergistic development; to promote the establishment of the media between the policy subject and the means of implementation.
