【摘要】:中铁二院工程集团有限责任公司作为一家及勘察设计、工程总承包、海外工程、工程监理、工程咨询服务、投融资、房地产、国际教育培训、产品产业化等多种业务为一体的综合性、国际化企业集团,面对日趋激烈的国内外同行的竞争,亟需对本企业的发展进行系统的研究,制定出一套切实可行的企业发展战略规划。 本论文旨在通过对中铁二院发展战略规划的研究,为公司制定战略决策提供参考。本论文根据作者对国内外工程勘察设计行业、工程总承包行业、工程咨询行业、产品产业化行业等数个行业特点及现状的调查研究,结合作者在中铁二院工程集团有限责任公司的工作实践和体会,以相关的战略管理理论和战略分析方法为依据,比较深入的探讨了中铁二院工程集团有限责任公司的发展战略和指导思想。 本论文共分四个部分进行论述:第一、分析企业目前的基本情况和存在的问题。第二、从企业发展历史和现状出发,结合企业面对的现实发展环境和行业特点,对企业竞争力和发展环境进行分析。第三、结合对发展环境的分析研究,提出了企业具体的发展战略与指导思想,进一步明确了企业的发展规划目标和实施步骤。第四、从完善集团管控、创新体制机制、强化科技创新、抓好队伍建设、严格安全监督、坚持以人为本、加强党建工作等方面,明确了战略支撑条件。 希望本论文的一些分析方法和结论对企业在制定发展战略规划时能起到一定的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:China Railway Eryuan engineering Refco Group Ltd as a survey and design, engineering contracting, overseas engineering, engineering supervision, engineering consulting services, investment and financing, real estate, international education and training, comprehensive product industry and other business as one of the international business group, facing the increasingly fierce domestic and international competition, the urgent need for the system the research on the development of the enterprise, establish a set of feasible enterprise development strategic planning.
This paper aims to study the strategic plan for the development of China Railway Eryuan, provide the reference for the enterprise's strategic decision making. According to the authors of this paper on the domestic and foreign engineering survey and design industry, engineering contracting, engineering consulting industry, research on industrial products industry a number of industry characteristics and the status quo, combined with the working practice and experience of the author in the China Railway Eryuan engineering Refco Group Ltd, by strategic management theory and strategic analysis method as the basis, more in-depth discussion of the development strategy and guiding ideology of China Railway Eryuan engineering Refco Group Ltd.
This paper is divided into four parts: first, analysis the basic situation of enterprises at present and existing problems. Second, starting from the enterprise development history and current situation, combined with the reality of the development environment faced by enterprises and the characteristics of the industry, the competitiveness of enterprises and development environment were analyzed. Third, combining with the research and analysis of development environment, put forward the enterprise specific development strategy and guiding ideology, to further clarify the goal of enterprise development planning and implementation steps. Fourth, from the improvement of group governance, institutional innovation, strengthen the innovation of science and technology, paying attention to the team construction, strict safety supervision, adhere to the people-oriented, strengthening the party construction work, clear the conditions to support the strategy.
It is hoped that some of the analysis methods and conclusions of this paper can play a certain reference for the enterprise in the development of the development strategy planning.
