【摘要】：中国人口的不断增加和国家经济的快速发展,带动了各个省市房地产企业的发展,目前房地产行业已经发展成为我国经济格局中的中流砥柱。房地产行业在它快速发展的过程中,也逐渐暴露出了房地产企业的不足之处,比如企业内部控制方面存在缺陷,而正是这些不足给房地产企业的发展带来了风险,房地产企业应当及早认识到这些风险,采取防范措,以保障房地产企业可以安全的快速发展。
[Abstract]:With the continuous increase of population and the rapid development of national economy, the development of real estate enterprises in various provinces and cities has been promoted. At present, the real estate industry has developed into the mainstay of the economic pattern of our country. In the process of its rapid development, the real estate industry has gradually exposed the deficiencies of the real estate enterprises. For example, there are defects in the internal control of enterprises, and it is these deficiencies that bring risks to the development of real estate enterprises.
