【摘要】:自从改革开放以来,我国的中小型民营企业如雨后春笋般迅速崛起,伴随着我国社会主义市场经济的逐步发展和完善,中小型民营企业凭借其强大的活力和潜力已经成为社会主义市场经济发展中的强劲动力源泉,在我国国民经济发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用。 随着知识经济时代的到来,人力资本对于一国经济社会发展的作用越来越显著。企业之间的竞争从根本上来说就是人力资本的竞争。我国加入WTO后,经济全球化的趋势不断加剧,中小型民营企业面临的竞争形势更加严峻。另外,近年来我国已呈现出较快的人口老龄化趋势,人口红利逐渐消失,企业所需要的适龄劳动力数量不断减少。因此,研究如何增加中小型民营企业人力资本存量,提高人力资本投资的收益,以提高中小型民营企业的竞争力,有着非常重要的现实意义。 本文以人力资本投资理论为研究依据,在参考并借鉴前人研究成果的基础上,对中小型民营企业人力资本投资的状况进行了深入的研究,并提出了改善中小型民营企业人力资本投资的对策。本文的结构安排如下: 第一章:导论部分,主要讲述了论文的研究背景、目的、思路和方法,并重点对国内外人力资本投资研究文献进行了总结归纳。 第二章:中小型民营企业与人力资本投资,主要是分析了中小型民营企业的产生与发展,,阐述了企业人力资本投资相关理论,并分析了企业人力资本投资与绩效的关系以及企业人力资本投资与物资资本投资之间的结构关系。 第三章:企业人力资本投资评价分析模型,首先对企业人力资本投资进行了成本收益分析,然后运用数据包络分析方法建立了企业人力资本投资的评价分析模型,并选取在深沪主板上市的房地产公司作为分析样本,展示了DEA模型应用分析过程,对改善中小型民营企业人力资本投资的效率具有借鉴意义。 第四章:中小型民营企业人力资本有效投资的实现,主要分析了中小型民营企业人力资本投资的现状、具体形式及其效果,并提出了中小型民营企业人力资本投资有效途径。 第五章:结论与展望,是对全文主要结论的总结及研究展望。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's small and medium-sized private enterprises are springing up rapidly, with the gradual development and improvement of our socialist market economy. Small and medium-sized private enterprises, with their strong vitality and potential, have become a powerful source of power in the development of socialist market economy, and are playing a more and more important role in the development of our national economy. With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, human capital plays a more and more important role in the economic and social development of a country. The competition among enterprises is fundamentally the competition of human capital. The trend of economic globalization is increasing, and the competition of small and medium-sized private enterprises is more severe. In addition, in recent years, China has shown a rapid trend of population aging, the demographic dividend gradually disappeared. Therefore, research on how to increase the stock of human capital of small and medium-sized private enterprises, improve the income of human capital investment, in order to improve the competitiveness of small and medium-sized private enterprises. Has very important realistic significance. Based on the theory of human capital investment, this paper makes a deep study on the situation of human capital investment in small and medium-sized private enterprises on the basis of reference and reference of previous research results. It also puts forward the countermeasures to improve the human capital investment of small and medium-sized private enterprises. The structure of this paper is as follows: Chapter one: the introduction part, mainly narrates the research background, the purpose, the thought and the method of the thesis, and summarizes the domestic and foreign human capital investment research literature emphatically. The second chapter: small and medium-sized private enterprises and human capital investment, mainly analyzes the emergence and development of small and medium-sized private enterprises, expounds the relevant theory of enterprise human capital investment. It also analyzes the relationship between human capital investment and performance and the structural relationship between human capital investment and material capital investment. The third chapter: the enterprise human capital investment evaluation analysis model, first of all, the enterprise human capital investment carries on the cost-benefit analysis. Then using the method of data envelopment analysis to establish the evaluation and analysis model of enterprise human capital investment, and select the real estate companies listed on the main board of Shenzhen and Shanghai as the analysis sample to show the application and analysis process of the DEA model. It can improve the efficiency of human capital investment in small and medium-sized private enterprises. Chapter 4th: the realization of effective investment in human capital of small and medium-sized private enterprises, mainly analyzes the current situation, concrete forms and effects of human capital investment in small and medium-sized private enterprises. And put forward the small and medium-sized private enterprise human capital investment effective way. Chapter 5th: conclusions and prospects, is the main conclusions of the full text and research prospects.
