【摘要】:当今世界,全球化趋势不断加深,国与国之间、地区与地区之间的联系越来越紧密,可以说是牵一发而动全身。中国自改革开放以来,经济社会不断发展,人民生活水平不断提高,现已成为最具发展活力的金砖四国之一。在这种不断联系与发展的大环境下,中国也不能独善其身,发展的同时应审时度势,内外兼顾。罗伯特席勒曾在他的《非理性繁荣》提到过,2000年股市泡沫破灭之后,许多投资者将资金投向房地产市场,这使得美国乃至世界各地的房地产价格均出现了不同程度的上涨。但这种繁荣是不理性的心理因素驱动的,而且其中隐含着大量的泡沫。果不其然房价在接下来的几年中开始下跌。了解国外权威专家对房地产走势的分析和预测,能指导国内投资人理性的对待炙手可热的房地产市场,冷静的投资,避免从众心理。在课程口译的过程中,译者有必要采取各种合适的策略和方法,从而达到翻译的交流目的。本文共有三个部分组成:绪论、正文、结论。绪论介绍了房地产市场的国内外情况,以及课程口译的意义。第二部分是正文,正文分为四章:第一章作者介绍了此次模拟口译实践的课程背景和课程的内容概述。罗伯特·席勒教授在房地产金融和其易受危机影响的脆弱性这一课中主要讲述了三个部分的内容。席勒教授首先谈到的是商业地产以及相关机构,其次,他谈到了抵押贷款,最后,他介绍了当时的房地产市场的繁荣和泡沫。第二章作者介绍了模拟口译实践的准备工作,实践文本的语言特点和授课者的语言风格。准备工作主要包括对专业术语词、短语以及缩略语的准备。第三章具体介绍了模拟口译实践的过程,译者主要采用三种方法进行口译,分别是全译理论中的直译和意译,略译以及笔记在口译中的重要性。第四章分析了口译过程中遇到的问题以及对未来学习的启示。在此笔者强调了练习的重要性。最后一部分是结论。总结全文,口译员在全球化背景下所扮演的重要角色,对不同国家间的文化传播和交流起到了不可替代的作用,对本文做的不完美的地方提出了提高方向。
[Abstract]:In today's world, the trend of globalization is deepening, and the ties between countries, regions and regions are getting closer and closer, which can be said to move the whole body. Since the reform and opening up, China's economy and society have continued to develop. The living standards of the people are constantly improving and have now become one of the most dynamic BRIC countries. In such an environment of constant contact and development, China cannot stand alone, and its development should be judged at the same time. Robert Schiller mentioned in his "irrational boom" that in 2000, after the stock market bubble burst, many investors put their money into the real estate market. This has led to varying increases in real estate prices in the United States and around the world. But the boom is driven by irrational psychological factors. And there is a lot of bubble implied. It is not surprising that house prices began to fall in the next few years. Understand the analysis and forecast of real estate trends by foreign experts. It can guide domestic investors to treat the hot real estate market rationally, invest calmly and avoid herd psychology. In the course of interpreting, translators need to adopt various appropriate strategies and methods. There are three parts in this thesis: introduction, text and conclusion. The introduction introduces the real estate market at home and abroad and the significance of curriculum interpretation. The second part is the text. The text is divided into four chapters:. In the first chapter, the author introduces the background and content of the simulated interpretation practice. Professor Robert Schiller focuses on three parts in his lecture on real estate finance and its vulnerability to crisis. Content. Professor Schiller first talked about commercial real estate and related institutions. Secondly, he talked about mortgage loans. Finally, he introduced the boom and bubble of the real estate market at that time. The second chapter introduces the preparation of simulated interpretation practice. The language characteristics of the practical text and the language style of the instructor. The preparatory work mainly includes the preparation of the technical terms, phrases and abbreviations. Chapter three introduces the process of simulated interpretation practice. The translator mainly adopts three methods of interpretation, namely literal translation and free translation in the theory of complete translation. Chapter 4th analyzes the problems encountered in the process of interpreting and its implications for future learning. Here the author emphasizes the importance of practice. The last part is the conclusion. The important role played by interpreters in the context of globalization has played an irreplaceable role in cultural communication and communication among different countries.
