【摘要】：随着我国城市化水平的不断提高以及人们对社会公平的不懈追求,城市空间生产逐渐引起了社会各界的普遍关注。在城市空间利用中,生态空间由于具有较高的商业价值、环境价值和观赏价值而备受关注,其中又以对滨水空间的开发利用最引人关注。目前,在我国城市滨水空间利用方面,普遍流行的模式是房地产开发,而各式各样的湖景房、江景房、海景房等住宅类型也成为了房地产商推销楼盘的宣传口号。然而值得注意的是,以房地产开发模式对城市滨水空间进行开发其实有悖社会公平,因为高房价的压力将导致普通市民远离滨水空间,而少数富人阶层和特权阶层才能享用这些滨水空间,这背离了滨水空间的公共属性。因此,对城市滨水空间的开发利用方式进行探索和研究,是追求社会公正的客观要求,具有重要意义。综合国内外研究可以发现,目前涉及空间生产理论的研究已经相对比较成熟,但是针对城市生态空间问题的研究发展较为迟缓,且主要集中于生态空间理论、生态空间体系构建、演变机制等方面,对城市滨水空间的空间生产研究较少,更缺乏相关的城市案例研究。以往的研究颇为宏观,多为从理论高度进行探讨,缺少从微观、局部、城市问题的角度对空间生产进行理论与实际相结合的案例研究。本文依托空间生产理论并同时综合运用可持续发展理论和生态城市理论等学科理论知识,研究了武汉东湖滨水空间的生产过程和机制。首先在点出本文的研究背景和意义的基础上,指出了本文的研究目标和内容,并给出了研究方法和技术路线,阐述了本研究的创新点和不足之处。紧接着对国内外的相关研究情况进行了分析,并对这些研究内容进行了归纳总结。然后对空间生产的相关概念进行了详细分析,对空间生产理论、空间正义理论、可持续发展理论等相关理论也做了阐述。在对东湖简单介绍的基础上,分析了东湖滨水空间的生产过程,对其空间生产生产过程进行评析,并指出了其中存在的问题。最后从政府、企业和公众的角度分别给出了武汉东湖滨水空间的可持续发展方略,并对未来的相关研究提出了一些建议。

Therefore, the exploration and research of city waterfront space utilization, is the objective requirement of the pursuit of social justice, which is of great significance. The comprehensive research at home and abroad can be found, the research involves the production of space theory has been relatively mature, but in view of the ecological city study on the problem of space development is relatively slow, and mainly focus on the theory of ecological space, ecological space system, evolution mechanism, the production of space there is less research on city waterfront city, and lack of relevant case studies. The previous research is to explore more macro, from theoretical height, missing from the micro, local a case study of city perspective, combining the space production theory and production. Based on the space theory and comprehensive application of sustainable development theory And the theory of eco city theory research, production process and mechanism of Wuhan East Lake waterfront space. Firstly, point out the basic research background and significance, and points out the research object and content, and gives the research method and technical route, this study describes the innovation and deficiency then research situation at home and abroad are analyzed, and the research contents are summarized. Then a detailed analysis of related concepts of space production, the production of space theory, spatial justice theory, sustainable development theory and other related theories are discussed. Based on the brief introduction of East Lake on the analysis of the production process of the East Lake waterfront, assesses its space production process, and points out the existing problems. Finally from the government, enterprises and the public are given The sustainable development strategy of waterfront in East Lake, Wuhan, and some suggestions for future research are put forward.
