市场经济波动的影响因素及对策——以房地产行业为例

【摘要】：在我国科学技术不断提高以及经济文化水平飞速发展的今天,人们的生活质量也得到了保障,随之而来的是人们生活方式的转变。这也间接地使人们对于物质文化以及精神文化的要求越来越高,尤其是吃穿住行等基础方面。由此衍生出了一系列生产经营行业,比如房地产。本文以房地产行业为例,简单地探讨了关于房地产行业的相关内容,尤其是能够对该行业起到影响作用的相关因素,并且针对这些现象提出了相应的解决措施。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of science and technology and the rapid development of economic and cultural level, the quality of life of people has also been guaranteed. The following is the change of people's way of life, which indirectly makes people's demands for material culture and spiritual culture more and more high. Especially the basic aspects, such as food, clothing, housing and transportation. From this, a series of production and management industries, such as real estate, are derived. This paper takes the real estate industry as an example, and discusses the relevant contents of the real estate industry. Especially the related factors which can affect the industry, and the corresponding solutions to these phenomena are put forward.
