房地产企业知识管理的功能分析及实现

【摘要】：随着时代的进步,越来越多的企业开始认识到知识的重要性。如何高效管理企业所拥有的知识,成为企业发展进步的关键因素。目前中国的房地产企业,随着规模的不断扩大,传统的文档管理模式已经表现出了它的局限性,不能有效的对企业文档进行分类整理,所以越来越多的企业开始致力于知识管理系统的应用。论文以房地产企业作为研究对象,开发出适用于企业的知识管理系统。论文通过分析知识管理的应用环境以及房地产企业的现状,论证了知识管理对房地产企业的必要性和可行性。以知识管理理论为基础,提出了房地产企业知识管理的概念。论文是以一个实际项目作为平台,通过与企业进行需求分析,确定了知识管理系统的功能框架。知识管理系统包括七个功能模块,其中论文重点在于对知识管理功能的分析与实现,所以文档管理模块、知识分类管理模块以及知识统计模块的设计和实现是论文的落脚点。知识管理系统使用B/S结构,采用了微软的SharePoint2010作为应用平台底层框架,保证了与微软相关产品之间的无缝对接,同时提供了第三方系统集成的标准接口,具有很强的扩展性。整个知识管理系统基于系统权限体系,对文档操作前需要对权限进行判断,保证了文档的安全性。最终实现的知识管理系统满足了企业对于知识的需求,保证了知识的共享和创新。而知识管理系统的应用提高了房地产企业的判断力、经营管理能力和资本运作能力。论文实现的知识管理系统为房地产企业提供一种高效的知识管理解决方案,对推动企业知识管理的建设和顺应知识经济的发展具有建设性意义。
[Abstract]:With the progress of the times, more and more enterprises begin to realize the importance of knowledge. How to efficiently manage the knowledge owned by enterprises becomes the key factor for the development and progress of enterprises. The traditional document management mode has shown its limitations and can not effectively classify and organize the enterprise documents, so more and more enterprises begin to devote themselves to the application of knowledge management system. The thesis takes the real estate enterprise as the research object. A knowledge management system for enterprises is developed. By analyzing the application environment of knowledge management and the present situation of real estate enterprises, this paper demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of knowledge management for real estate enterprises, which is based on the theory of knowledge management. This paper puts forward the concept of knowledge management in real estate enterprises. The paper takes a practical project as the platform, through analyzing the needs of the enterprise, determines the functional framework of the knowledge management system. The knowledge management system includes seven functional modules. The paper focuses on the analysis and implementation of the knowledge management function, so the design and implementation of the document management module, the knowledge classification management module and the knowledge statistics module are the foothold of the thesis. The knowledge management system uses the B / S structure. The SharePoint2010 of Microsoft is adopted as the bottom frame of the application platform, which ensures the seamless connection with the related products of Microsoft, and also provides the standard interface of the third party system integration. The whole knowledge management system is based on the authority system of the system, it needs to judge the authority before the document operation, which ensures the security of the document. Finally, the knowledge management system realized meets the needs of the enterprise for the knowledge. The application of knowledge management system improves the judgment, management ability and capital operation ability of real estate enterprises. The knowledge management system realized in this paper provides a kind of efficient knowledge management solution for real estate enterprises. It is of constructive significance to promote the construction of enterprise knowledge management and adapt to the development of knowledge economy.
