云南SL房地产公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:我国房地产产业的发展随着我国经济的发展不断深入,其发展速度已远远超出我国国民经济体系内大多数产业。但是在这样良好的发展态势下,我国房地产业明显暴露出了诸多严重问题,如房价快速上涨,供需失衡;住房市场秩序混乱等问题;二手房市场和租赁市场发育缓慢,严重影响了我国房地产市场健康有序的发展,也给房地产企业发展带来了更大的挑战。由于作者本人长期从事房地产开发经营行业,对房地产行业发展和经营了解颇深。因此结合市场发展的状况和个人经历,选择了“SL房地产公司的发展战略研究”作为本次论文的题目。 本文主要分为八章,采用理论联系实际的原理,层层递进,阐述了现阶段国内外的战略研究以及主要的战略理论,通过环境分析及市场调研,论证了SL公司在外部竞争环境及内部环境中所面临的机遇与挑战,以及SL的实际经营状况作为分析的基础,研究摆在我国房地产开发企业面前一个较为严峻的发展战略任务。 本文将结合当时市场环境和云南SL公司的实际情况,希望通过笔者应用所学的相关管理知识,为企业的战略发展提供帮助,利用现有条件、整合现有资源,抓住国家经济快速发展的机遇,加快企业发展,使企业在竞争中逐步成长,成为云南房地产市场的标杆性企业。
[Abstract]:With the development of our economy, the development of real estate industry in our country has gone far beyond most industries in our national economic system. However, with such a good development situation, The real estate industry in China has obviously exposed many serious problems, such as the rapid rise in house prices, the imbalance between supply and demand, the chaotic order of the housing market, the slow development of the second-hand housing market and the rental market, This has seriously affected the healthy and orderly development of the real estate market in our country, and has also brought greater challenges to the development of real estate enterprises. Since the author himself has been engaged in the real estate development and management industry for a long time, We have a deep understanding of the development and management of the real estate industry. Therefore, combining the situation of market development and personal experience, we choose "SL Real Estate Company's Development Strategy Research" as the title of this paper. This paper is divided into eight chapters. By using the principle of integrating theory with practice, the paper expounds the strategic research and main strategic theories at home and abroad at present, through environmental analysis and market research. This paper demonstrates the opportunities and challenges faced by SL Company in the external competitive environment and the internal environment, as well as the actual operating situation of SL as the basis of analysis, and studies a more severe development strategy task in front of the real estate development enterprises in China. This article will combine the market environment at that time and the actual situation of Yunnan SL Company, hope to apply the relevant management knowledge learned by the author, provide the help for the strategic development of the enterprise, utilize the existing conditions, integrate the existing resources, Seize the opportunity of the rapid development of national economy, accelerate the development of enterprises, make the enterprises grow gradually in the competition, and become the benchmark enterprises of Yunnan real estate market.
