新世界酒店客房精装修工程投资控制的研究

【摘要】：对于竞争日渐激烈的房地产市场，，且伴随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断深入，地产项目作为经济发展中的龙头产业，在我国发挥着越来越重要的作用。在相同的开发环境与条件下,工程项目建设中谁能既确保工程进度与质量,又狠抓项目开发成本的管理,把握和控制好合理的工程投资造价,以最低的项目成本来获得最大的经济效益和社会效益,就能成为在激烈的市场竞争中获取主动的赢家,因此而走向成功。本文以新世界集团地产项目中的酒店项目的客房精装修工程为研究课题，分析本项目中投资控制管理系统，重点研究三个方面的问题，一是对工程项目投资控制理论进行概括性的分析；二是系统的分析新世界酒店客房精装修的投资控制现状及其中存在的问题；三是全面的分析新世界酒店客房精装修的投资控制问题的解决对策。本论文将要取得两个研究成果，一是通过全面系统的对新世界酒店客房精装修的投资控制现状及其中存在的问题的分析，明确其中存在的主要问题。二是通过对新世界酒店客房部分精装修的投资控制的解决对策的研究得到具有针对性的解决措施。总之通过本论文的研究，分析出新世界酒店客房精装修的投资控制工作的存在的问题，并在以后的工作中加以注意和避免，保障未来的工作顺利开展。
