【摘要】：正近日,上海市召开住房城乡建设管理工作会议。会议上传出的信息显示,上海市将着力优化住房供应体系,加强房地产市场监管,完善促进房地产市场持续健康发展的政策机制;加强房地产经纪机构事中事后监管,进一步规范房地产经纪行为;大力推进旧区、城中村和旧住房综合改造,稳步推进保障性安居工程建设。
[Abstract]:Recently, Shanghai held a conference on the management of housing construction in urban and rural areas. The information from the meeting showed that Shanghai will focus on optimizing the housing supply system and strengthening the supervision of the real estate market.
