房地产开发项目的工作分解结构过程研究——以JS项目为例

【摘要】：本文主要运用项目进度计划理论对JS房地产项目进行了案例研究。第一,采用工作结构分解方法,按照原则、方法、过程的思路对锦绣世园进行了工作内容的界定与分解;第二,对锦绣世园开发项目工作先后关系进行了确定。
[Abstract]:This article mainly uses the project schedule theory to carry on the case study to the JS real estate project. First, uses the work structure decomposition method, according to the principle, the method, the process mentality has carried on the definition and the decomposition to the rich brocade world garden; Secondly, the relationship between the development project and the development project of Jinxiu World Park has been confirmed.
