我国区域性寡头垄断房地产市场运行存在的问题及对策建议

【摘要】：从我国房地产行业整体来看,还没有出现垄断性寡头市场,但在区域性市场中,一些主导型房地产企业所占市场份额和对市场的影响力,都表现出寡头垄断特点。在分析我国房地产市场结构和存在问题的基础上,借鉴国外房地产市场的发展经验,提出推动我国房地产市场健康可持续发展的对策建议。
[Abstract]:There is no monopoly oligopoly market in our real estate industry as a whole, but in the regional market, the market share and influence of some leading real estate enterprises all show the characteristics of oligopoly.On the basis of analyzing the structure and existing problems of the real estate market in our country, and referring to the development experience of the foreign real estate market, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the real estate market in our country.
