ZX建筑劳务有限公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:近年来,我国经济保持持续稳定增长,城镇化进程不断加快,城市基础设施建设力度也逐步加大,带动了房地产行业的飞速发展,建筑劳务行业步入了发展的快车道。全国各地涌现出大量的建筑劳务类企业,参与到建筑行业中去。但是,随着建筑业的飞速发展,我国的一些建筑劳务企业,尤其是中小型建筑劳务企业,面临着内部管理与外部竞争的双重挑战,经营不善的中小型建筑劳务企业甚至面临着经营困难、倒闭的困境。本文的研究对象ZX公司是江苏省海门市的一家中小型建筑劳务企业,本文以其在发展经营过程中面临的问题,结合企业战略管理的相关理论,运用相关的战略管理工具,对ZX公司的内外部环境进行分析,提出并优化其未来的发展战略。文章结构与内容方面,本文首先在绪论部分对研究背景等进行了分析,对我国建筑劳务业当前存在的主要问题及大环境进行了分析,阐述了本研究的必要性与研究意义。本论部分,首先阐述了企业战略管理的相关概念、理论,介绍了几种常用的战略管理工具,对ZX公司面临的外部宏观环境以及行业环境进行了分析;其次,介绍了ZX公司的现状,并简要指出了其中存在的问题,针对其当前面临的主要问题,结合相关理论知识,制定了企业品牌、人才、市场、产业、竞争等方面的相关战略,并随后提出了对应的实施对策。最后,得出相关的结论,并提出了未来研究展望。本文基于作者的相关工作经验,坚持了理论联系实际,运用战略管理的相关知识对企业的发展战略进行了优化设计,形成了未来一定时期内的企业发展战略,对于ZX公司解决当前的管理问题具有一定的指导作用,对于其他中小型建筑劳务企业的发展战略研究也具有一定的借鉴意义与参考价值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's economy has maintained a sustained and stable growth, the process of urbanization has been accelerated, the intensity of urban infrastructure construction has gradually increased, driving the rapid development of the real estate industry, the construction and labor industry has stepped into the fast track of development. A large number of construction and labor enterprises emerged all over the country to participate in the construction industry. However, with the rapid development of the construction industry, some construction labor enterprises in China, especially small and medium-sized construction labor enterprises, are facing the dual challenges of internal management and external competition. Poor management of small-and medium-sized construction and labor enterprises even faced with business difficulties, closure of the plight. ZX Company is a small and medium-sized construction labor service enterprise in Haimen City, Jiangsu Province. Based on the problems it faces in the process of development and management, combined with the relevant theory of enterprise strategic management, this paper applies relevant strategic management tools. This paper analyzes the internal and external environment of ZX Company, and puts forward and optimizes its future development strategy. In the aspect of structure and content, this paper firstly analyzes the background of the research in the introduction part, analyzes the main problems and environment existing in the construction and labor industry of our country, and expounds the necessity and significance of the research. In this part, firstly, the related concepts and theories of enterprise strategic management are introduced, and several common strategic management tools are introduced. The external macro environment and industry environment of ZX Company are analyzed. This paper introduces the present situation of ZX Company, and points out the existing problems briefly. In view of the main problems it faces at present, combining with the relevant theoretical knowledge, it formulates the relevant strategies of enterprise brand, talent, market, industry, competition and so on. And then put forward the corresponding implementation countermeasures. Finally, the conclusion is drawn and the prospect of future research is put forward. Based on the author's relevant work experience, this paper adheres to the combination of theory and practice, uses the relevant knowledge of strategic management to optimize the design of the enterprise's development strategy, and forms the enterprise development strategy in a certain period of time in the future. For ZX company to solve the current management problems have a certain guiding role, for other small and medium-sized construction labor enterprises development strategy research also has certain reference significance and reference value.
