新中国建立以来房地产市场管理政策的演进

【摘要】:新中国建立以来,中共高度重视房地产市场管理,不断探索房地产市场管理新模式。经过60多年的发展,我国房地产市场从计划性福利分房、住房商品化向"购租并举"的方向发展,党和国家通过"去库存"、"限购令"等调控政策保障市场稳定运行,创新了房地产市场的管理方式,完善了中央和地方政府对我国房地产市场管理的政策体系。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of New China, the CPC has attached great importance to the management of real estate market, and has been exploring a new model of real estate market management. After more than 60 years of development, the real estate market of our country has developed from planned welfare housing distribution and housing commercialization to the direction of "buying and renting simultaneously." the Party and the state have ensured the stable operation of the market through such regulatory policies as "destocking" and "purchase restriction orders". It innovates the management mode of the real estate market and consummates the policy system of the central and local governments on the real estate market management of our country.
