深化改革才能根本解决房地产市场健康发展问题

【摘要】：进入"新常态"的中国经济,需要再进行一次思想解放。中国房地产市场近二十年的高速发展,尤其近十年来的超常规发展模式暴露出来的问题、带来的隐患、积累的矛盾不能允许按照原有模式走下去,必须通过思想解放,深化包括政府财政体系、政府管控体系甚至是政治架构模式等各方面的改革,来解决中国市场化改革进程中遇到的以房地产市场为典型的发展问题。
[Abstract]:Entering the "new normal" of China's economy, we need to carry out another ideological emancipation. The rapid development of China's real estate market in the past 20 years, especially the problems exposed by the supernormal development model in the past ten years, the hidden dangers brought about by the accumulation of contradictions cannot be allowed to go on in accordance with the original model, and must be emancipated through thought. Deepening the reform including the government financial system, the government control system and even the political structure model, to solve the real estate market typical development problems encountered in the process of China's market-oriented reform.
