河北建投城镇化建设开发有限公司发展战略研究

【摘要】：2003年以来,我国房地产行业历经了“黄金十年”,对国民经济产生了重大影响。伴随着房地产泡沫的快速膨胀,国家及地方政府针对房地产市场过热现象先后颁发了多项调控政策,对近几年的土地供应、房价走势产生了巨大影响。本文对国内外房地产行业的发展现状进行了综述,结合企业战略管理的基本理论,对河北建投城镇化建设开发有限公司的基本情况、财务能力与资源状况等方面进行分析,寻找公司目前发展过程中存在的问题及原因。通过SWOT模型,对公司所处的内外部环境做了分析,并在此基础上,利用SWOT分析矩阵提出了战略发展的选择方案,明确了公司发展的战略目标,并提出了公司发展战略的实施及保障措施。
[Abstract]:Since 2003, China's real estate industry has experienced a "golden decade", which has had a significant impact on the national economy. With the rapid expansion of the real estate bubble, the state and local governments have issued a number of adjustment and control policies in view of the overheating of the real estate market, which has had a great impact on the land supply and house price trend in recent years. This paper summarizes the development situation of the real estate industry at home and abroad, and analyzes the basic situation, financial ability and resource situation of Hebei Construction and Development Co., Ltd., based on the basic theory of enterprise strategic management. Look for the problems and reasons in the current development of the company. Through the SWOT model, the internal and external environment of the company is analyzed, and on the basis of this, the selection scheme of the strategic development is put forward by using the SWOT analysis matrix, and the strategic goal of the development of the company is defined. And put forward the implementation of the company's development strategy and safeguard measures.
