基于门店情景的“房地产经纪实务”课堂教学改革

【摘要】：在分析"房地产经纪实务"课程特点及教学现状的基础上,提出了基于门店情景的课堂教学改革思路。从创设门店情景、情景化课堂教学的开展、考核方式的情景化三个方面来实证说明情景化教学在"房地产经纪实务"课堂教学改革中的应用价值。
[Abstract]:On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the course of Real Estate Brokerage practice and the present situation of teaching, this paper puts forward the thinking of classroom teaching reform based on store situation. The application value of situational teaching in "real estate brokerage practice" classroom teaching reform is demonstrated from three aspects: the creation of store scene, the development of situational classroom teaching and the situational assessment method.
