【摘要】:正受降准降息、降首付比例、下调交易环节税费等政策红利影响,浙江房地产市场总体上呈现企稳复苏、区域分化、结构调整的新特点。政策红利带动房地产市场企稳回暖。据全省271家房地产企业问卷调查显示,一季度17.2%的企业提价销售、26.3%的企业销售面积增长。杭州、宁波、温州等地房
[Abstract]:Affected by the policy dividend, such as lowering the interest rate, lowering the proportion of down payment and lowering the taxes and fees, the real estate market in Zhejiang Province is on the whole showing the new characteristics of steady recovery, regional differentiation and structural adjustment. The policy dividend drives the real estate market to stabilise. According to the survey of 271 real estate enterprises in the province, 17.2 percent of the enterprises raised their prices in the first quarter, and 26.3percent of the enterprises' sales area increased. Hangzhou, Ningbo, Wenzhou, etc.
