浅析宿根花卉在郑州市房地产景观项目中的应用现状及相关问题

【摘要】：近年来,郑州房地产市场持续火爆,房地产景观随着房地产市场的蓬勃发展,也逐渐成为现代城市景观的重要组成部分。宿根花卉近年来在城市景观应用中以其多年生长、花色丰富、适应性强、栽培养护成本低的优势得到广泛关注和应用推广,对打造优秀的房地产景观,建设节约型、生态型园林,创造自然、宜居的城市人居环境,有着重要意义。首先对宿根花卉的定义、园林应用进行简述,然后通过对郑州市25个不同类别的房地产项目中的实际景观应用现状进行调查分析,最后从宿根花卉的设计、施工和养护施工3个方面进行总结探讨。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the real estate market in Zhengzhou has been booming. With the rapid development of the real estate market, the real estate landscape has gradually become an important part of the modern urban landscape. In recent years, the perennial flower has been widely concerned and applied in the application of urban landscape for many years, with its rich color, strong adaptability and low cultivation and maintenance cost. The promotion is of great significance to building an excellent real estate landscape, building an economical and ecotype garden, creating a natural and livable urban living environment. Firstly, the definition of the perennial flowers and the application of the garden are briefly described, and then the application of the actual landscape in 25 different types of real estate projects in Zhengzhou is investigated and analyzed. Finally, from the 3 aspects of the design, construction and maintenance of perennial flowers, we summarize and discuss.
