潍坊市建设工程施工监理报告填报系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着各地房地产项目以及其他各种工程项目投资的火爆,监理公司的竞争也日趋加剧,监理报告已成为监理工作中不可分割的重要的组成部分。建设施工监理报告的填报工作目前大多停留在纸制管理阶段。随着潍坊市建设工程项目的积累和增多,施工项目的管理和统计工作变得十分复杂,缺乏高效的管理手段往往会使施工项目处于混乱状态,给潍坊市施工监理人员带来巨大的工作压力。为了解决施工项目管理工作中的诸多问题,亟需建立一套适用于监理企业监理报告填报系统,满足监理企业在施工项目管理上的迫切的需求,实现对监理项目的有效管理、对施工活动的全程跟踪以及对数据的掌控分析,为监理人员服务。 系统开发过程中,充分利用了多层架构,在J2EE开发平台上进行开发,J2EE具有可伸缩性、灵活性、易维护性等优点。系统采用Java作为主要的设计语言,在tomcat应用服务器上实现B/S结构的监理报告填报系统,并运用Struts2技术实现数据处理模块,实现了一个可伸缩性、可维护性好的系统,满足了潍坊市建设工程施工监理报告填报功能的长远发展的目标。 本文主要介绍了潍坊市建设工程施工监理报告填报系统的设计与实现过程。首先阐述了施工监理填报系统的开发背景与开发的前提,明确了系统开发的理论意义与实践意义,并对系统相关的国内外研究现状进行了介绍。接着描述了施工监理填报系统涉及的主要技术,并对本文的主要工作目标以及组织结构进行了介绍,对本文进行了概要性的说明;其次,对潍坊市建设工程施工监理报告填报工作进行了详细的需求获取,在该阶段主要对监理月报的填报、监理专报的填报、监理紧急报告的填报、工地信息查询等进行了需求获取,并按照需求获取的内容,分监理现场用户、监理企业用户等角色进行了需求分析,明确了系统要实现的功能;再次,按照需求分析的内容,对系统进行了详细的功能设计,对监理月报填报功能、监理专报填报功能、监理紧急报告填报功能、工地信息查询功能等要实现的功能进行了详细的设计,并对系统的数据库进行了详细的设计;最后介绍了本系统实现的过程,用系统截图对系统进行说明,并详细描述了实现过程中的核心代码,给出系统的功能测试用例。 系统最终实现了潍坊市建设工程施工监理报告填报的功能,实现了报告填报过程中的监理月报的填报功能、监理专报的填报功能、监理紧急报告的填报功能,以及工地信息查询功能。在功能完善的基础之上,尽最大努力保证了系统的安全性,该系统运行后,极大的提高了潍坊市监理公司监理人员的工作效率,使监理公司的日常工作良性发展。
[Abstract]:With the hot investment of real estate projects and other engineering projects, the competition of supervision companies is becoming more and more intense. The supervision report has become an inseparable and important part of supervision work. At present, the report of construction supervision mostly stays in the management stage of paper system. With the accumulation and increase of construction projects in Weifang City, the management and statistical work of construction projects become very complex, and the lack of efficient management means often makes the construction projects in a chaotic state. Weifang construction supervisors to bring great pressure. In order to solve many problems in construction project management, it is urgent to establish a report filling system for supervision enterprises, to meet the urgent needs of construction project management in supervision enterprises, and to realize effective management of supervision projects. Track the whole construction activity and control the data to serve the supervisor. In the development of the system, the multi-tier architecture is fully utilized and developed on the J2EE development platform. J2EE has the advantages of scalability, flexibility, maintainability and so on. The system uses Java as the main design language, realizes the report filling system of the B / S structure on the tomcat application server, and realizes the data processing module by using the Struts2 technology, realizes a good system with good scalability and maintainability. It meets the goal of long-term development of construction supervision report in Weifang City. This paper mainly introduces the design and realization process of Weifang construction supervision report filling system. Firstly, this paper expounds the development background and the premise of the construction supervision and filling system, clarifies the theoretical and practical significance of the system development, and introduces the research status quo of the system at home and abroad. Then it describes the main technologies involved in the construction supervision and filling system, and introduces the main work objectives and organizational structure of this paper. This paper has carried on the detailed demand acquisition to the Weifang construction project construction supervision report filling work, in this stage mainly has carried on the demand acquisition to the supervision monthly report, the supervision special report, the supervision emergency report, the site information inquiry and so on. And according to the requirements of the content, sub-supervision site users, supervision enterprise users and other roles to analyze the needs of the system to achieve a clear function; thirdly, according to the content of demand analysis, the system is designed in detail. The functions to be realized, such as monthly report filling function, special report function, emergency report function and site information query function, are designed in detail, and the database of the system is designed in detail. At last, the realization process of the system is introduced, the system is explained by system screenshots, the core code of the system is described in detail, and the function test cases of the system are given. Finally, the system realizes the function of the supervision report of Weifang construction project, the function of the monthly report of supervision, the function of special report of supervision, the function of filling out emergency report of supervision, the function of filling out monthly report of supervision in the process of report filling out, the function of filling out special report of supervision, and the function of filling out emergency report of supervision. And site information query function. On the basis of the perfect function, the best efforts are made to ensure the security of the system. After the system runs, it greatly improves the working efficiency of the supervisors of Weifang supervision company, and makes the daily work of the supervision company develop benign.
