福建品川设计有限公司绩效管理体系优化研究

【摘要】:随着近几年国内房地产的持续较快发展,加上对生活理念的不断变化,人们对居住环境的要求不再局限于传统,而是追求时尚、舒适、安全和环保,这些因素使室内设计行业又迎来了飞速前进的春天,各式各样、各种规模的设计公司如雨后春笋般冒出,福建品川设计有限公司就是其中之一。 福建品川设计有限公司作为一家专业从事室内空间设计的机构,自2006年成立以来就一直在福州地区高端设计领域具有一定的设计实力与知名度。随着时间的推移及公司规模的不断扩大,如何在激烈的竞争中保持自身优势并不断克服内部问题,积极应对多变的市场环境来保持竞争力与成长性,是公司当前面临的最重要的战略课题。随着公司的日益成长与壮大,之前简单并缺乏科学性的业绩考核方法已经不再适用于公司的发展,因此对绩效管理体系的完善与规范化已经迫在眉睫。如何针对品川设计有限公司的实际情况提出新的绩效管理重建原则和思路,对整个绩效管理体系进行优化设计,重建一套更加完善的绩效管理体系已经成为品川设计有限公司管理工作中的重要事项。 本文以品川设计有限公司的实际情况,通过问卷调查、面谈等方式找出了品川设计有限公司绩效管理实施中存在的问题,并提出了相应的改进措施,从而有效的提高了公司整体绩效管理水平、促进了运营效率的提升。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of domestic real estate in recent years and the constant change of the concept of life, people's demand for living environment is no longer limited to tradition, but the pursuit of fashion, comfort, safety and environmental protection. These factors make the interior design industry usher in the rapid progress of spring, all kinds of design companies, all kinds of design companies springing up, Fujian design co., Ltd is one of them. Fujian Pinchuan Design Co., Ltd. as a professional interior space design organization, has been in Fuzhou area since its establishment in 2006 has a certain design strength and popularity. With the passage of time and the continuous expansion of the company's scale, how to maintain its own advantages in the fierce competition and constantly overcome internal problems, actively respond to the changing market environment to maintain competitiveness and growth, It is the most important strategic subject that the company faces at present. With the increasing growth and expansion of the company, the former simple and lack of scientific performance evaluation methods are no longer suitable for the development of the company, so the improvement and standardization of performance management system is imminent. How to put forward new principles and ideas of performance management reconstruction according to the actual situation of Pinchuan Design Co., Ltd., and optimize the design of the whole performance management system. Rebuilding a more perfect performance management system has become an important issue in the management work of Pinchuan Design Co., Ltd. Based on the actual situation of Pinchuan Design Co., Ltd., this paper finds out the problems existing in the implementation of performance management of Pinkawa Design Co., Ltd by means of questionnaire investigation and interview, and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures. Thus effectively improve the overall performance management level of the company, and promote the operational efficiency.
