商业银行房贷风险对策研究——基于南京市房地产市场的发展趋势

【摘要】:2015年南京房地产市场再次迎来发展高峰期,进入2016年房价更是一再走高,房地产泡沫显现为商业银行房贷风险敲响警钟。本文对南京房地产市场发展趋势进行分析,揭示房地产市场发展过程中商业银行可能面临的房贷风险,并提出防范对策。
[Abstract]:In 2015, Nanjing real estate market again ushered in the peak of development, entering 2016 housing prices are rising again and again, the real estate bubble appears to be a commercial bank mortgage risk alarm bell. This paper analyzes the development trend of real estate market in Nanjing, reveals the risks that commercial banks may face in the development of real estate market, and puts forward some countermeasures.
