房地产企业全面预算管理问题及对策研究

【摘要】：预算管理作为企业自身发展的重要保障,在房地产企业预算管理实施的过程中,企业需要按照自身的发展等特征,制定能够促进企业发展的预算管理制度体系,实现对本企业的战略目标和资源的整合优化,提升房地产企业的经济效益。基于此,本研究以房地产企业全面预算管理问题及对策为研究的对象,进行了深入的探究,提出了建立健全房地产企业预算管理的预警机制等对策。以期为我国房地产企业的预算管理工作,提供理论参考。
[Abstract]:Budget management is an important guarantee of enterprise's own development. In the process of implementing budget management of real estate enterprises, enterprises need to establish a budget management system that can promote the development of enterprises according to their own characteristics. To achieve the strategic objectives of the enterprise and optimize the integration of resources to improve the economic efficiency of real estate enterprises. Based on this, this research takes the real estate enterprise comprehensive budget management question and the countermeasure as the research object, has carried on the thorough exploration, has proposed the establishment and the consummation real estate enterprise budget management early warning mechanism and so on countermeasure. In order to provide a theoretical reference for the budget management of real estate enterprises in China.
