浅谈房地产报道中的媒体立场与责任

【摘要】:自2016年初开始,全国热点城市楼市开启了一轮疯狂上涨的历程,如同2015年的"全民炒股"一样,国人一时间似乎也陷入了"全民炒房"的热潮之中;楼市政策的变动、土地拍卖的动向、房价的涨幅等等,无不左右着读者敏感的神经,直至中央出重拳、多地联动,楼市才逐步回归平稳、理性。在楼市、购房者失去理性的情况下,媒体在进行房地产报道时,应以"准确、权威、客观、理性、公正"为宗旨,可以说多数媒体坚守了这一原则和立场。但在大量楼市报道中,我们也不难发现,片面、误导,甚至虚假、失实等信息或新闻不时见诸报端,带有功利性、倾向性的报道也常常充斥其间。这一切不但影响着媒体在广大读者中的权威、理性等形象,更偏离了媒体在新闻宣传中应肩负的社会责任。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of 2016, the national hot city property market has begun a frenzied rise process, like the 2015 "national stock speculation", people seem to be caught in the "national housing speculation" upsurge for a while; The change of property market policy, the trend of land auction, the increase of house price and so on, all influence the sensitive nerve of readers, until the central government punches hard, the linkage of many places, the property market will gradually return to a stable, rational. In the case of property market, buyers lose rationality, the media should take the aim of "accurate, authoritative, objective, rational, just" when reporting on real estate, it can be said that most media adhere to this principle and position. However, in a large number of housing market reports, it is not difficult to find that one-sided, misleading, even false, false and other information or news from time to time appear in the press, with utilitarian, biased reports are often filled with them. All this not only affects the media in the majority of readers, such as authority, rationality and other images, but also deviates from the media in news publicity should shoulder the social responsibility.
