博弈论视角下政府信息公开制度的探讨——基于囚徒困境博弈模型

【摘要】：社会转型期,我国现代民主制度迅速发展,公众参与意识逐步增强,信息公开制度中的问题日益凸显,社会公众对政府信息公开的呼声日益高涨。文章通过囚徒困境模型,分析政府与公众之间在政府信息公开中的利益博弈,认为健全民主法治,提高公众参与意识,转变政府角色,构建服务型政府,是破解政府信息公开制度建设困境之道。
[Abstract]:In the transition period of society, the modern democratic system in China develops rapidly, the public participation awareness is gradually enhanced, and the problems in the information disclosure system are becoming more and more prominent, and the public calls for the public to disclose government information increasingly. This paper analyzes the interest game between the government and the public in the government information disclosure through the prisoner's predicament model.
