【摘要】:大学英语是我国高等教育中一门非常重要的基础课程。教材作为课程实施的一个重要的组成部分,在执行教学大纲,实现教学目标,帮助教师组织教学活动,培养学生语言基础知识,发展学生语言技能和学习策略等方面起着至关重要的作用,其质量的好坏直接影响着的整体质量。目前大学英语教学正面临着一次深入改革和进一步发展的机遇,大学英语教学以英语的实际使用为导向,以培养学生的英语应用能力为重点。大学英语在注重发展学生通用语言能力的同时,应进一步增强其学术英语或职业英语交流能力和跨文化交际能力,以使学生在日常生活、专业学习和职业岗位等不同领域或语境中能够用英语有效地进行交流。为了适应新的改革趋势,由H.大学一线英语教师编写的《新目标大学英语综合教程》应运而生。词汇是英语学习的基础,教材中词汇任务的设计,作为教学的重要途径,对词汇教学有着重要的影响。本文基于Littlejohn的任务评估理论,研究了以下2个问题:1.《新目标大学英语综合教程》(试用本)中的词汇任务是如何设计的?2.试用教师和学生对教材中的词汇任务设计满意度如何?本研究采用了文本分析和学生问卷调查来得出这两个问题的答案。通过对《新目标大学英语综合教程》(试用本)进行文本分析,探讨该教材中的词汇任务是如何设计的。同时为进一步考察师生对该教材的满意度,对使用《新目标大学英语综合教程》(试用本)的学生和老师进行了问卷调查。旨在对教材中的词汇任务设计进行综合评估。研究发现:1.《新目标大学英语综合教程》(试用本)中的词汇任务设置的特点有:1)词汇任务旨在提升学生的词汇知识,目标明晰;2)所选教材中的所有的词汇任务都需要学习者主动发起词汇练习;3)输入形式新颖有趣味,做到了输入和输出技能的有机结合。4)词汇任务的输入和输出形式都是书面的示例和练习,因而输入和输出形式缺乏多样性。2.从整体上而言,学生和老师对《新目标大学英语综合教程》(试用本)中词汇任务设置呈现出满意的态度。对词汇任务的趣味性,目标达成度,自学便利性,实用性等方面都呈现出整体积极的态度。本研究在存在着以下几点不足的地方:1.作者未在教材的试用过程中,对实际课堂情况进行观察;2.《新目标大学英语综合教程》(试用本)包括教师用书和学生用书,作者却只对学生用书进行了详细的分析。最后,本研究就大学英语教材建设中词汇任务设置的问题提出了相关的建议,希望编者在今后的教材词汇任务设置给予更多的重视。
[Abstract]:College English is a very important basic course in our country's higher education. As an important part of the curriculum implementation, teaching materials implement syllabus, achieve teaching objectives and help teachers organize teaching activities. It plays an important role in cultivating students' basic language knowledge, developing students' language skills and learning strategies. The quality of college English teaching has a direct impact on the overall quality. At present, college English teaching is facing an opportunity for further reform and further development. College English teaching is guided by the practical use of English. College English should pay more attention to the development of students' common language competence, at the same time, it should further enhance their academic or professional English communication ability and cross-cultural communication ability. In order to enable students to communicate effectively in different fields or contexts, such as daily life, professional study and professional position, in order to adapt to the new reform trend. The New goal Comprehensive course of College English, written by H.First-line English teachers, arises at the historic moment. Vocabulary is the foundation of English learning, and the design of vocabulary tasks in textbooks is an important way of teaching. This paper is based on the task evaluation theory of Littlejohn. This paper studies the following two questions: 1. How are the lexical tasks designed in the New goal Comprehensive College English course (trial)? 2. How satisfied are the teachers and students with the vocabulary task design in the textbook? This study adopts text analysis and student questionnaire to get the answers to these two questions. To explore how the lexical tasks in the textbook are designed, and to further investigate the satisfaction of teachers and students on the textbook. A Comprehensive course on the use of New Target College English (trial version). A questionnaire survey was conducted by students and teachers to evaluate the vocabulary task design in the textbook. The study found that: 1. "New goal Comprehensive course in College English" (trial version). The main features of the vocabulary task setting are: 1) the purpose of the vocabulary task is to improve the students' vocabulary knowledge. Clear objectives; 2) all vocabulary tasks in the selected textbooks require learners to initiate vocabulary exercises; 3) the input form is novel and interesting, and the combination of input and output skills. 4) the input and output forms of the vocabulary task are both written examples and exercises. As a result, the input and output forms lack diversity. 2. Overall. Students and teachers have a satisfactory attitude towards vocabulary task setting in New goal Comprehensive College English course (trial). They are interested in vocabulary task, goal achievement degree and convenience for self-study. In this study, there are some shortcomings in this study: 1. The author has not observed the actual classroom situation in the course of the teaching material trial; 2. The Comprehensive course of New goal College English (trial version) includes teachers' books and students' books, but the author only makes a detailed analysis of the students' books. This study puts forward some suggestions on vocabulary task setting in college English textbook construction, and hopes that editors will pay more attention to vocabulary task setting in the future.
