【摘要】：正从20世纪末开始,教育改革的一个重要趋势是制订课程标准或学习标准。这一趋势在教育界一度被称为"标准运动"(standards movement,Richards,2001)。在外语和第二语言教育领域,"标准运动"的典型产物是外语或第二语言课程(学习)标准,其中影响最广泛的是美国在国家层面制定的"21世纪外语学习标准"(Standards for Foreign Language Learning in the 21st Century)以及美国各州制定的外语学习标准。中国教育部在1999年启动新一轮基础教育课程改革时,顺应国际教育改
[Abstract]:It started from the end of twentieth Century, an important trend of educational reform is to develop the curriculum standards or academic standards. This trend in the field of education once known as the "standard" (standards movement, Richards, 2001). In the education of foreign language and second language areas, "the typical product standard movement" is a foreign or second language the curriculum standard (learning), one of the most widely influence is the development of America at the national level in twenty-first Century of "standards for foreign language learning" (Standards for Foreign Language Learning in the 21st Century) and the United States to develop standards for foreign language learning.
