【摘要】：近年来,越来越多的专家和学者将目光投入到传记文学的翻译与研究中,各种人物传记层出不穷,受到广大读者的青睐。本翻译实践报告是基于传记文学作品《女王的母亲》(第一章)的翻译实践完成的。由于传记文学具有真实性和文学性二大特点,如何做好传记文学的翻译是译者所面临的一个巨大挑战。本翻译报告分为五章。第一章是引言,主要介绍任务的背景、意义和源文本的特点。第二章是翻译过程描述,介绍作者译前准备、翻译过程及译后校对。第三章是翻译理论基础,笔者选用了奈达的功能对等理论,分别从词汇对等、句法对等、篇章对等三个方面进行详细介绍。第四章是案列分析,也是本翻译实践报告的重点。报告主要从词汇、句法、篇章三个层面对翻译过程中的难点进行了总结和分析,归纳了对专有名词、代词、定语从句和被动句的翻译,选取了典型的例子,在奈达功能对等理论的指导下,运用音译、增译、省译、顺译、分译、调整语序法、词性转换法等翻译策略进行详细地分析。第五章是翻译实践总结,主要阐述笔者在这次翻译实践中的心得、不足以及对今后学习的启发。本翻译实践报告的撰写,旨在为人物传记翻译和相关的研究提供一些帮助。同时希望通过对此文本的英译,为那些对英国王室感兴趣的英语爱好者、文化历史学爱好者提供最新、最真实的历史人物信息和参考资料。
[Abstract]:In recent years, more and more experts and scholars have devoted their attention to the translation and research of biographical literature. This translation practice report is based on the translation practice of "the Queen's Mother" (Chapter 1). Because of the authenticity and literariness of biographical literature, this translation practice report is based on the translation practice of "the Queen's Mother" (Chapter 1). How to do a good job in translating biographical literature is a great challenge for translators. This translation report is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is an introduction, which mainly introduces the background, meaning and characteristics of the source text. Chapter two is a description of the translation process. This paper introduces the author's pre-translation preparation, translation process and post-translation proofreading. Chapter three is the theoretical basis of translation. The author selects Nida's functional equivalence theory from lexical equivalence and syntactic equivalence, respectively. Chapter 4th is the case analysis, which is also the focus of this translation practice report. The report summarizes and analyzes the difficulties in the process of translation from the lexical, syntactic and textual levels. This paper summarizes the translation of proper nouns, pronouns, attributive clauses and passive sentences, and selects typical examples. Under the guidance of Nida's functional equivalence theory, it applies transliteration, incremental translation, provincial translation, sequence translation, division translation, and word order adjustment. Chapter 5th is a summary of translation practice, which mainly expounds the author's experience, deficiency and inspiration for future study. The aim is to provide some help for biographical translation and related research. It is also hoped that, through the English translation of this text, it will provide the latest for English lovers, cultural and historical lovers who are interested in the British royal family. The truest historical figures and references.
