《战略评估》第十九至二十一章的翻译实践报告

【摘要】：翻译报告所选择的翻译素材来自政治期刊类书籍《战略评估》(Strategic Assessment),素材属于政治研究类文章并归为政论文期刊范畴。翻译报告就是建立在此素材的翻译实践之上。随着中国的大国崛起,中国开始更积极主动的参与国际和世界局势,因此市场也就对此类文本的翻译有了很大的需求,也就成了笔译实践中不可或缺的一环。翻译实践主要以功能对等理论为理论基础,并加以多种的翻译方法和和技巧来指导本次的翻译实践。具体的翻译方法和技巧分别是在词汇层面采用换形、转性、抽象、省词、对等译法;针对句子层面采用了换序、断句、转态的译法;而语篇层面上也使用了语篇衔接中的增减和语篇的连贯两个翻译手段进行语篇层面的翻译实践。所有的翻译理论和方法都旨在为巧妙解决同类型文本的翻译问题,也对同类文本的英译汉具有一定的参考价值。旨在为政论文翻译方面提供一个有效的模板和参考。论文包含六部分。第一章讲述了翻译的缘起,描述了《战略评估》中所选的三篇文章的概要和背景知识;第二章为任务描述,分为作者简介和翻译文本内容概述以及翻译中的难点三大部分;第三章为翻译过程,包含译前准备和翻译与校对;第四章论述了功能对等理论的概念和原则,以及在该理论指导下的政论文翻译方法,还有在该理论指导下的翻译方法;第五章是对翻译实践案例的分析;最后第六章揭示了翻译实践的总结与启示。
[Abstract]:The translation materials selected for the translation report come from the political journal book Strategic Assessment, which belongs to the political research articles and falls into the category of political paper journals. The translation report is based on the translation practice of this material. With the rise of China's great powers, China has begun to take a more active part in international and world situations, so there is a great demand in the market for the translation of such texts. Translation practice is mainly based on the theory of functional equivalence. The specific translation methods and techniques are translatability, transposition, abstractness, saving words and equivalent translation at the lexical level. On the other hand, both the addition and subtraction of cohesion and the coherence of the text are used in the translation practice at the discourse level. All the translation theories and methods are aimed at solving the translation problems of the same type of text. English-to-Chinese also has some reference value for the same text. The purpose is to provide an effective template and reference for the translation of political papers. The thesis consists of six parts. The first chapter deals with the origin of translation. It describes the summary and background of the three selected articles in Strategic Assessment. Chapter two is the task description, which is divided into three parts: the author's brief introduction, the content overview of the translated text and the difficulties in translation; the third chapter deals with the process of translation. Chapter 4th discusses the concepts and principles of functional equivalence theory, the translation methods under the guidance of the theory, and the translation methods under the guidance of the theory. Chapter 5th is an analysis of translation practice cases, and the last 6th chapter reveals the summary and enlightenment of translation practice.
