高中生英语关系从句的习得研究

【摘要】:在英语语法体系中,,关系从句是一个重要的语法项目,是英语学习者进行语法学习的要点之一。同时,关系从句也是语言学和二语习得研究的一个热点。对关系从句习得顺序的研究主要集中在两方面:一是嵌入位置,二是从句类型。其中嵌入位置包括从主语位置的嵌入和从宾语位置的嵌入;而从句类型包括主语型(SU)、直接宾语型(DO)、间接宾语型(IDO)、属格型(GEN)、介词宾语型(OPREP)以及比较宾语型(OCOMP)。通过对关系从句的2个嵌入位置和6类关系从句的匹配,可以得出12种关系从句:主语-主语型(SS),主语-直接宾语型(SO),主语-间接宾语型(SIO),主语-属格型(SGEN),主语-介词宾语型(SOPREP),主语-比较宾语型(SOCOMP),宾语-主语型(OS),宾语-直接宾语型(OO),宾语-间接宾语型(OIO),宾语-属格型(OGEN),宾语-介词宾语型(OOPREP),宾语-比较宾语型(OOCOMP)。 国外研究者已从不同角度对关系从句的习得顺序进行了探讨,提出了一些相关假说。本研究从理解和产出两个角度对中国高中生在关系从句习得顺序进行实证研究。本研究选取了某高中60名高二年级学生作为被试对象,采用语法判断测试和句子合并测试两种方法收集数据,最后借助SPSS13.0的双因素方差分析(ANOVA),对研究中的两个变量,即嵌入位置和从句类型进行数据分析。将结果与四种主要假说进行对比分析,试图回答下述问题: 1.从理解角度来看,高中生在外语环境下学习英语关系从句的顺序有什么规律? 2.从产出角度来看,高中生在外语环境下学习英语关系从句的顺序有什么规律?对12种关系从句习得顺序的研究结果为: 1.从理解的角度来看,高中生关系从句的习得顺序为:OO OS OIO SS OGENOOPREP SOPREPSIO SO SGENOOCOMPSOCOMP 2.从产出的角度来看,高中生关系从句的习得顺序为:OOPREP OO SOPREP SS OIOOSSO OGEN/SGEN OOCOMP/SIOSOCOMP
[Abstract]:In English grammar system, relative clause is an important grammatical item and one of the key points for English learners to study grammar. At the same time, Relative clauses are also a hot topic in linguistics and second language acquisition. The second is clause type, in which embedded position includes embedding from subject position and from object position; The types of clauses include the subject type, the direct object type, the indirect object type, the indirect object type, the generic case type, the prepositional object type and the prepositional object type / OPREP. By matching the two embedded positions of the relative clauses and the 6 types of relative clauses, There are 12 relative clauses: subject-subject-subject type, subject-direct object type and so on, subject-indirect object type, subject-generic case type, subject-prepositional object type, subject-object type, subject-object type, object type, object type, object type, object type, object type, object type, object type, object type, object type, object type, object type, object type, and so on. -direct object type, object indirect object type, object-generic case type, object-preposition object type / OOPREP, object-comparative object type / OOCOMPN. Foreign researchers have explored the acquisition order of relative clauses from different angles. Some hypotheses have been put forward. This study makes an empirical study on the order of Chinese senior high school students' acquisition of relational clauses from the perspective of comprehension and output. The present study selects 60 senior middle school students as subjects. The two methods of syntactic judgment test and sentence combination test were used to collect data. Finally, the two variables in the study were analyzed by using SPSS13.0 's two-factor ANOVAN analysis of variance. The results are compared with the four main hypotheses and try to answer the following questions:. 1. From the perspective of understanding, what are the rules for senior high school students to learn the order of relative clauses in a foreign language environment? 2. From the perspective of output, what are the rules for senior high school students to learn the order of relative clauses in a foreign language environment? The results of the study on the acquisition order of 12 relative clauses are as follows:. 1. From the perspective of understanding, the acquisition order of the relative clauses of senior high school students is:: OO OS OIO SS OGENOOPREP SOPREPSIO so SGENOOCOMPSOCOMP. 2. From the perspective of output, the acquisition order of the relative clauses of senior high school students is: OOPREP of O SOPREP SS OIOOSSO OGEN/SGEN OOCOMP/SIOSOCOMP.
