基于知识产权保护的茶叶商标英译

【摘要】：随着对外贸易不断扩大,我国茶叶商品纷纷涌入国际市场,通过法律途径维护我国茶叶商标的知识产权变得至关重要。本文首先分析了商标与品牌的树立对于茶企发展的特殊意义,而后陈述了如何通过知识产权保护打造优秀的茶叶商标,最后分析了知识产权保护框架下茶叶商标的英译方法,为我国茶叶商品的国际化流通提供了方向指导。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of foreign trade, Chinese tea products have poured into the international market. It is very important to maintain the intellectual property rights of tea trademark in China through legal means. Firstly, this paper analyzes the special significance of the establishment of trademark and brand for the development of tea enterprises. Then it states how to create an excellent tea trademark through intellectual property protection, and finally analyzes the English translation method of tea trademark under the framework of intellectual property protection, which provides a direction for the international circulation of tea products in China.
