中英茶文化对比与英语教学相关研究

【摘要】：茶文化做为中华文化中的较为重要的一种传统文化,在推动我国文化的发展中起着举足轻重的作用。自从大航海时代开始,茶叶才从中国开始逐渐流入英国,并一度受到英国上层贵族和阶级的青睐,成为顶级的奢侈品,但随着时代的发展,茶文化也在英国逐渐开始进入大众视野中,成为居民的日常消费品。中英两国不同的茶文化折射出两国不同的文化差异。本文将对比中英两国的茶文化,并从对比中发现文化偏重,将这些发现应用到英语教学中激起学生的学习欲望和探索精神,进而更好地掌握英语这门语言和了解英国的文化,提高学生自身的文化素养。
[Abstract]:Tea culture, as an important traditional culture in Chinese culture, plays an important role in promoting the development of Chinese culture. And was once favored by the upper class and the British aristocracy, as the top luxury goods, but with the development of the times, tea culture in Britain gradually began to enter the public view, The different tea culture between China and Britain reflects the different cultural differences between the two countries. This paper will compare the tea culture between China and Britain, and find that the culture is biased in comparison. These findings are applied to English teaching to arouse students' desire to learn and explore, so as to better master English as a language and to understand British culture, and to improve students' cultural literacy.
