基于反馈模型的英语教学能力评估

【摘要】：针对传统的评估方法使用的是人工评估,在评估的过程中存在极大的人为主观意识,造成评估的精准性较低的问题,提出基于反馈模型的英语教学能力评估方法。通过引入反馈模型能够有效的提高英语课堂的能力参数比较,采用反馈评估的豁达计算评估英语教学过程中的各项能力,摒弃了传统评估方法中总体感知不均衡的想象,将评估过程的各项指标以数字的形式进行显示,建立评估反馈模型,保证评估的全面性以及准确性。为了保证设计的基于反馈模型的英语教学能力评估方法的准确性,模拟课堂的教学环境进行模拟对比试验,通过实验数据的有效分析能够验证设计的评估方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the traditional evaluation method is manual assessment, there is a great human subjective consciousness in the process of evaluation, and the accuracy of evaluation is low, a feedback model based assessment method for English teaching ability is proposed.By introducing the feedback model, we can effectively improve the comparison of competence parameters in English classroom, and use the open-minded calculation of feedback assessment to evaluate the abilities in the process of English teaching, and abandon the imagination of overall perception imbalance in the traditional evaluation methods.The indicators of the evaluation process are displayed numerically and the evaluation feedback model is established to ensure the comprehensiveness and accuracy of the evaluation.In order to ensure the accuracy of the English teaching ability assessment method based on the feedback model, the simulated classroom teaching environment is simulated and compared. The effectiveness of the proposed evaluation method can be verified by the effective analysis of the experimental data.
