基于中西茶文化的差异探析大学英语的文化教学

【摘要】：英语作为一种语言,它是文化传播的主要途径和实用工具。在英语教学中,为了达到更好的教学效果,让学生不但学明白,更要学透彻,则必须注重文化的教学。学生只有把握了语言背后的文化思想,才能更深刻的理解和消化英语知识。因此,在大学英语教学中进行文化教学就显得十分必要。英语教学越来越被重视,外语教学的主要目标是培养大学生的英语综合应用能力。通过对中西茶文化的差异性对比,探究文化在英语教学中发挥的重要作用,并对文化教学提出了看法,希望能够对大学英语教学及中西方文化融合和发展有所帮助。而茶文化在中西文化体系中扮演着很重要的作用,故此,本文从中西茶文化差异性的角度,去探析大学英语教学中的文化教学。
[Abstract]:As a language, English is the main way and practical tool of cultural communication.In English teaching, in order to achieve a better teaching effect, students should not only understand, but also learn thoroughly, we must pay attention to the teaching of culture.Only when students grasp the cultural thoughts behind the language, can they understand and digest English knowledge more deeply.Therefore, it is necessary to carry out culture teaching in college English teaching.More and more attention has been paid to English teaching. The main goal of foreign language teaching is to develop college students' English comprehensive application ability.By contrasting the differences between Chinese and Western tea culture, this paper probes into the important role of culture in English teaching, and puts forward some views on culture teaching, hoping to be helpful to college English teaching and the fusion and development of Chinese and western cultures.Tea culture plays an important role in the Chinese and western culture system. Therefore, this paper analyzes the cultural teaching in college English teaching from the perspective of the differences between Chinese and western tea culture.
