【摘要】：正自改革开放以来,中国的经济得到了快速稳健的发展,至今日,已一跃成为了仅次于美国的世界第二大经济体。随着中国在世界贸易体系中的地位越来越重要,国际市场的合作与竞争也愈加深入和激烈,各行各业都面临着国际市场的洪流,国际交往、贸易合作的发展势头日益强劲。在这一宏观背景之下,人才资源在国际间的流动也出现了空前的规模与速度,人才成为最具竞争力的资源之一。英语作为在世界上使用范围最广的语言,在国际交流与合作、境内外投资和进出口
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has developed rapidly and steadily. Today, it has become the world's second largest economy after the United States. As China plays an increasingly important role in the world trading system, the cooperation and competition in the international market are becoming more and more profound and fierce. All kinds of industries are facing the torrent of the international market. The development momentum of international exchanges and trade cooperation is increasingly strong. In this macro background, the flow of human resources in the international community has also appeared unprecedented scale and speed, talent has become one of the most competitive resources. As the most widely used language in the world, English is widely used in international exchanges and cooperation, domestic and foreign investment, import and export.
