高职院校EOP教师转型及发展研究

【摘要】：当前,高职院校英语教学向EOP(English for Occupational Purpose)教学模式转型是时代发展、职业教育发展的必然趋势。EOP教学模式是专门用途英语的职业英语范畴,它对教师的综合能力,多元素养提出了更高的要求。分析EOP教学特征、教师素养和知识结构,EOP教师也应做出调整,并通过多渠道提升完善自身的专业素养,转型成为合格的EOP教师。
[Abstract]:At present , the transformation of English for vocational college English teaching mode is the inevitable trend of the development of the times and the development of vocational education . The teaching mode of EOP is a professional English category of special purpose English , which puts forward higher requirements for the comprehensive ability and multi - accomplishment of teachers . It analyses the characteristics of EOP , teachers ' accomplishment and knowledge structure , and EOP teachers should make adjustments and improve their professional accomplishment through multi - channels , and transform into qualified EOP teachers .
