《亚太经济文献》节选汉译实践报告

【摘要】：近年来,随着经济全球化,各国间的经济合作备受关注。本英汉翻译报告的原文是一篇经济类论文,题目是《各国通力合作,确保全球经济增长:这是G20的职责吗》。论文的主要内容是G20对全球经济的作用和影响。该报告重点讨论了译者在翻译过程中遇到的难题及解决的方法。翻译过程中,专业词汇和长难句是需要重点解决的问题。翻译前,译者需要先通读全文,并查询相关的专业词汇。与其他文本相比,这篇经济文本更专业、客观、严谨、简洁和准确,并且文中有大量的经济专业词汇和长难句。通过平行文本,及借助美国翻译家尤金·奈达的功能对等理论,本论文目的在于对所选文本的翻译策略进行初步分析,并为同类文本翻译提供参考。翻译过程中遇到很多障碍,并且由于中西方文化及表达习惯的差异,翻译过程中实现忠实原文,表达顺畅有一定的难度。在功能对等理论的指导下,译者尽量使译文与原文内容完整一致,表达流畅。翻译实践活动表明:一个合格的译者不仅仅要有扎实的汉语和英语知识,还要储存一定的经济知识。另外,多练习,细心和耐心对译文质量有很大的帮助。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the economic globalization, the economic cooperation between countries has attracted much attention. The original text of this English-Chinese translation is an economic paper entitled "all countries working together to ensure global economic growth: is this the responsibility of the G20." The main content of this paper is the role and influence of G20 on the global economy. The report focuses on the translation problems encountered by translators and the solutions to them. In the process of translation, professional vocabulary and long difficult sentences are the key problems to be solved. Before translation, the translator needs to read through the full text and inquire about the relevant professional vocabulary. Compared with other texts, this economic text is more professional, objective, rigorous, concise and accurate. Through parallel texts and the functional equivalence theory of American translator Eugene Nida, this thesis aims to make a preliminary analysis of the translation strategies of the selected texts and provide a reference for the translation of similar texts. In the process of translation, there are many obstacles, and due to the differences between Chinese and western cultures and expression habits, it is difficult to realize the faithfulness and smooth expression of the original text in the process of translation. Under the guidance of functional equivalence theory, the translator tries to make the translation complete and consistent with the original text. Translation practice shows that a qualified translator must not only have a solid knowledge of Chinese and English, but also store certain economic knowledge. In addition, more practice, care and patience are of great help to the quality of the translation.
