目的论指导下的展会合同翻译报告

【摘要】：随着经济全球化的发展,各国经济联系日益紧密,商业合作日益增多。在此过程中,商业合同作为法律性正式文本凸显着重要的作用。近年来会展业作为一门新兴行业日益兴起,展会合同作为商业合同一个重要的分支发挥着其不可替代的作用。商业合同一般包括合同双方的相关信息,如须遵守的条例规则及遇到争端时可采取的解决方法。译者在翻译商务合同时,应准确无误地传达合同中的信息,使读者明确合同双方所应承担的权利和义务,力求翻译地精准无误,避免因翻译错误而影响到双方的合作,影响到双方的经济活动,带来不必要的经济损失。本翻译报告的原文本来自笔者日常的翻译实践积累。原文本是河南约克动漫影视股份有限公司与法国瑞德集团签订的为参加法国戛纳秋季电视节而拟定的商业合同。本翻译报告以此项目为依托,旨在对展会合同英译汉领域有所研究,并根据目的论三原则提出适用的翻译策略。本文是一篇研究商业合同翻译的翻译报告。在本翻译报告中,笔者先对本合同的研究背景、意义以及翻译项目做了简要的介绍。其次,作者介绍了本报告的理论基础——翻译目的论的发展过程及其在商业合同翻译中的运用。翻译目的论的提出使翻译工作不再拘泥于原文,而是从目标受众的角度出发,按照接受者的期望、需求、已有知识和所处的文化环境来翻译原文。再次笔者在目的论三原则:忠实性原则,连贯性原则和目的原则的基础上结合实例,进行翻译分析。在词语层面,基于忠实性原则,笔者着重于古词汇、专业用词、模糊性词汇、同义词、缩略词及外来词等几个方面的分析;在句子层面依照连贯性原则,笔者分别从长难句、被动句、条件句和副词性从句等几方面进行分类总结,以期上述研究能对今后的商业合同英译汉翻译研究起到一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, economic ties between countries are increasingly close, and business cooperation is increasing day by day. In this process, commercial contract as a legal formal text highlights the important role. In recent years, as an emerging industry, exhibition contract plays an irreplaceable role as an important branch of commercial contract. Commercial contracts generally include information about the parties to the contract, such as regulations to be observed and solutions to disputes. In translating a business contract, the translator should convey the information in the contract accurately, so that the reader can make clear the rights and obligations of the parties to the contract, and strive to translate accurately and accurately so as not to affect the cooperation between the two parties because of the translation error. Affect the economic activities of both sides, bring unnecessary economic losses. The original text of this translation report comes from the author's daily translation practice. The original is a commercial contract signed between Henan York Animation and Film Co., Ltd and Red Group of France for the autumn television festival in Cannes, France. Based on this project, this paper aims to study the field of English-Chinese translation of exhibition contracts, and put forward applicable translation strategies according to the three principles of Skopos. This paper is a translation report on the translation of commercial contracts. In this translation report, the author gives a brief introduction to the research background, significance and translation project of this contract. Secondly, the author introduces the development of Skopos theory and its application in commercial contract translation. The Skopos Theory of translation makes translation work no longer confined to the original text, but from the perspective of the target audience, according to the expectations and needs of the recipient, the existing knowledge and the cultural environment in which the original text is translated. Thirdly, on the basis of the three principles of Skopos: faithfulness, coherence and Skopos, the author carries out translation analysis on the basis of examples. On the lexical level, based on the principle of faithfulness, the author focuses on the analysis of ancient words, professional words, fuzzy words, synonyms, acronyms and loanwords. The passive sentence, conditional sentence and adverb clause are classified and summarized in the hope that the above research can be used for reference in the study of C-E translation of commercial contracts in the future.
