外宣翻译中时事政治文本英译的特点及其政治考量

【摘要】：时事政治文本英译的特点是政治敏感性、严谨性、简洁性、准确性、时效性、单义性、客观性和完整性,其内容政策敏感度高,是我国中央政府的"喉舌"和"窗口",其中,党政文献英译应以党中央及其领导人的政治意图为归旨。时事政治文本英译与我国在政治舞台上的话语权,国家领土完整、利益得失、局势稳定以及外交关系等密切相关。译者有责任讲好中国故事,让世界听懂中国话。
[Abstract]:Political texts are characterized by political sensitivity, rigor, brevity, accuracy, timeliness, mononymy, objectivity and completeness. Their content and policy are highly sensitive and are the "mouthpiece" and "window" of the central government of China. The translation of party and government documents should be based on the political intentions of the Party Central Committee and its leaders. The translation of current affairs and political texts into English is closely related to China's right to speak on the political stage, national territorial integrity, gain and loss of interests, stability of the situation and diplomatic relations. The translator has the responsibility to tell the Chinese story and make the world understand the Chinese language.
