建筑类高校英语专业复合型人才培养师资队伍建设研究

【摘要】：教师是整个教学活动的组织者和执行者,教师个人的业务素质及综合能力直接影响到教学效果的好坏。本文在对建筑类高校英语专业师资队伍调查分析的基础上,总结了现阶段师资队伍方面存在的主要问题,强调了加强师资队伍建设的必要性,并在此基础上,提出了加强师资队伍建设的建议。
[Abstract]:The teacher is the organizer and executor of the whole teaching activity. The professional quality and comprehensive ability of the teacher directly affect the teaching effect. On the basis of the investigation and analysis of the teaching staff of English majors in architectural colleges and universities, this paper summarizes the main problems existing in the teaching staff at the present stage, emphasizes the necessity of strengthening the construction of the teaching staff, and on this basis, Some suggestions are put forward to strengthen the construction of teaching staff.
