【摘要】：跳菜是云南省大理白族自治州南端的南涧彝族自治县保留至今的一种古老的飨宴之礼,它是集歌、舞、乐和饮食为一体的彝族民间传统乐舞,彝语称之“吾多哈”即指“跳着舞上菜”。2008年6月7日南涧彝族自治县“彝族跳菜”被列入国务院公布的第二批国家非物质文化遗产名录。《跳菜》是秦莹编写的一本书,主要介绍了跳菜的起源、分布、归类以及特点等。此书对于民族学和文化人类学的研究具有很高的学术价值。翻译此书可以让更多的人了解少数民族文化传统,同时也可以促进相应领域学术方面的交流和学习。作者选取《“跳菜”——南涧彝族的飨宴之礼》中的第一章第二节《跳菜的分布》作为翻译实践的选材内容。该部分主要介绍了跳菜在南涧的分布情况,以及形成这种分布的原因。结合《跳菜的分布》这一节的语言特点,充分考虑到原作者的意图、目标读者,作者选取黄忠廉的变译理论为指导进行翻译,并重点解决翻译中遇到的问题和难点,如地名、地理位置、文化负载词、文言文、长句等的翻译。作者同时也参考了该领域的一些翻译文本,以便加深对原文的理解,并探索相应的翻译策略。
[Abstract]:Vegetable dancing is an ancient feast of the Nanjian Yi Autonomous County at the southern tip of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. It is a traditional folk music and dance of Yi nationality, which integrates song, dance, music and food. On June 7, 2008, "Yi people dancing vegetables" in Nanjian Yi Autonomous County was listed in the second batch of National Intangible Cultural Heritage list published by the State Council. "vegetable jumping" is a book written by Qin Ying. This paper mainly introduces the origin, distribution, classification and characteristics of braised vegetables. This book is of great academic value to the study of ethnology and cultural anthropology. The translation of this book can help more people to understand the cultural traditions of ethnic minorities, but also to promote academic exchanges and learning in their respective fields. The author selects the first chapter, "the Distribution of vegetable jumping", as the material for translation practice in "jumping vegetables"-the feasts of the Yi nationality in Nanjian. This part mainly introduces the distribution of the vegetables in Nanjian and the reasons for the distribution. According to the language characteristics of the section "the Distribution of jumping vegetables", the author takes into account the intention of the original author, the target readers, the author chooses Huang Zhonglian's translation theory as the guidance, and focuses on solving the problems and difficulties encountered in translation, such as place names. Translation of geographical location, culture-loaded words, classical Chinese, long sentences, etc. At the same time, the author also refers to some translated texts in this field in order to deepen the understanding of the original text and explore the corresponding translation strategies.
