博世特许加盟业务合同翻译实践报告

【摘要】：随着国内汽车行业的开放,中外共同投资的车企也变得越来越多,因此对中英往来文件的翻译需求增加,其翻译质量对合同双方起着至关重要的作用。高质量的合同翻译有助于双方合作、形成条理清晰的执行流程,使得项目更加系统化、有序化。本翻译实践报告基于博世合同翻译实践而撰写,首先介绍了项目背景,包括项目简介和意义等,然后对翻译项目过程进行介绍。在案例分析部分,笔者结合合同中的案例,对合同文本特征进行分析,总结归纳翻译方法。在词汇方面,本合同中有较多缩略语及专业术语,笔者采取的翻译方法是还原法及直译法。在句子方面,主要包含被动句,复合句等,笔者采取对应的翻译策略,比如拆分法、句式转换等,力求提升翻译质量。笔者希望通过本篇翻译实践报告,能够给此类合同的翻译提供一些借鉴和启示。
[Abstract]:With the opening up of domestic automobile industry, more and more Chinese and foreign co-invested automobile enterprises have become more and more. Therefore, the translation demand for Sino-English documents is increasing, and the translation quality plays a vital role for both parties to the contract. High-quality contract translation helps both parties to work together and form a coherent execution process that makes the project more systematic and orderly. This translation practice report is based on Bosch's contract translation practice. It first introduces the background of the project, including the project profile and significance, and then introduces the process of the translation project. In the part of case analysis, the author analyzes the characteristics of contract text and summarizes the translation methods. In terms of vocabulary, there are many acronyms and technical terms in this contract. The author adopts the methods of reduction and literal translation. In the aspect of sentences, including passive sentences and compound sentences, the author adopts the corresponding translation strategies, such as split method, sentence transformation and so on, in order to improve the translation quality. Through this translation practice report, the author hopes to provide some reference and inspiration for the translation of such contracts.
