《美国手语词源手册》（第4-6章）翻译实践报告

【摘要】：本文是一篇翻译报告,翻译主题是《美国手语词源手册》,作者是肖艾米丽和德普拉特伊夫,所选原文是书目中的第4到6章节。所选文本包含了对于这本手册成型的部分简略介绍,并列举了一些词汇,解释了其手语表达,提供了一些图片说明(本文在翻译过程中省略了图片文本)。这份报告主要分为四部分:第一部分是翻译项目描述,包括项目背景,主体,以及意义;第二部分介绍所选文本,包括材料背景介绍,作者介绍,所选材料的主要内容,材料文本的文学特征以及对所选材料的评价和回顾。第三部分介绍了翻译的难点以及方法。难点主要在对具体手语的正确翻译,这要求译者对于手势的变化以及一些专有名词有一定的理解。方法主要包括增译,转译和分译。第四部分主要讲翻译过程中的所得和经验,以及在此次翻译中未能解决的问题:最大化原文信息的有效传递是翻译中最重要的一点;要实现良好的翻译成果必须具备牢固的语言功底。译者必须掌握两种语言的相似和不同之处,在各方面都贴近原文表达,在翻译过程中专注于语言等效效果的表达十分重要。
[Abstract]:This paper is a translation report . The subject of translation is the English language source manual of the United States . The author is the fourth to sixth chapters in the bibliography . The selected text includes four parts : the first part is the description of the translation project , including the background of the project , the main body and the significance of the translation . The fourth part mainly deals with the difficulties and methods of translation . The fourth part mainly deals with the translation process and the method . The fourth part mainly deals with the similarities and differences between the two languages , which is close to the original expression in all respects , and it is very important to focus on the expression of the equivalent effect in the translation process .
