基于《加拿大2016年联邦政府预算》的模拟口译实践报告

【摘要】：本篇口译实践报告以加拿大财政部长比尔·摩尔诺所做的加拿大2016年度联邦预算报告(CFB)这一演讲为例,探索财政预算类演讲材料的口译技巧,尤其是口译过程当中的笔记方法。通过此次口译实践,作者总结了口译过程中所出现的问题,探索处理这些问题的技巧,以达到提高口译能力、优化译文的目的。同时笔者也希望此篇译文能够丰富国内有关加拿大财经领域的翻译材料,为国内与加拿大进行商业往来的人员以及从事商务英语教育的人员提供参考。本篇翻译实践报告共分为五个部分。第一部分交代了翻译材料的背景和文献综述;第二部分是交替传译的过程描述,包括译前的准备工作、口译过程的描述和质量监控环节;第三部分交代了在翻译过程中所出现的问题,以及译者为了解决这些问题所用到的技巧;第四部分是对整个口译过程的反思;最后一部分为总结。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the speech of Canadian Finance Minister Bill Molnot's Federal Budget report (CFB) as an example to explore the interpretation techniques of the financial budget speech materials, especially the method of taking notes in the process of interpretation. Through this interpretation practice, the author summarizes the problems in the process of interpreting and explores the skills to deal with these problems in order to improve the interpreting ability and optimize the translation. At the same time, the author also hopes that this translation will enrich the domestic translation materials on Canadian finance and economics, and provide reference for domestic business contacts with Canada as well as those engaged in business English education. This translation practice report is divided into five parts. The first part describes the background and literature review of translation materials, the second part describes the process of consecutive interpretation, including pre-translation preparation, interpretation process description and quality control; The third part explains the problems in the process of translation and the skills used by the translator to solve these problems. The fourth part is the reflection of the whole process of interpretation, and the last part is the summary.
