商务合同的翻译实践报告

【摘要】：随着经济全球化的不断发展,中国对外开放的脚步也从未止步。越来越多的外国企业进驻中国,争相在中国这个大平台、大市场里拓展业务。这些外商合资企业不论是中外合资经营企业、中外合作经营企业,还是外资企业,在与中国企业进行商业贸易时,都不可避免地会签订各种合同条款,而这些商务合同条款都以中英文两种语言形式展示出来,方便合同双方审阅。此次的实践报告是基于在XX(中国)贸易有限公司翻译的维修合同和供货合同而撰写成的,具有很强的专业性。为此,笔者分四个部分撰写了这次的实践报告:第一章是翻译项目介绍,主要涉及该项目的背景、要求及其意义;第二章是此次翻译项目的过程,主要有译前准备、翻译过程及译后审校;第三章是案例分析,主要从词语和语句两个大方面入手,词汇部分从古体词、法律词、近义词的连用与专业词汇入手;句子部分采用固定译法、转态译法和拆分法来重点分析商务合同中典型的套话、被动句及复杂长句;第四章是结论,对整个翻译实践过程进行回顾、反思与总结,以便为在今后学习、生活与工作中遇到类似的文本提供一些借鉴与参考。笔者希望通过此次实践报告的浅析,能让自己在今后工作学习中得以灵活应对与处理相关文本,并为其他人提供一些借鉴与启示。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of economic globalization, China's pace of opening to the outside world has never stopped. More and more foreign enterprises are entering China, competing to expand their business in this big platform and market. Whether these foreign joint ventures are Sino-foreign joint ventures, Chinese-foreign contractual joint ventures, or foreign-funded enterprises, when conducting commercial trade with Chinese enterprises, it is inevitable that they will sign various contract terms. The terms of these business contracts are presented in both Chinese and English for easy review by both parties. This practice report is based on XX (China) Trading Co., Ltd. Translation of the maintenance contract and supply contract and is highly professional. For this reason, the author has written this practice report in four parts: the first chapter is the introduction of the translation project, which mainly deals with the background, requirements and significance of the project; the second chapter is the process of the translation project, which is mainly prepared before translation. The third chapter is case analysis, mainly from two aspects of words and sentences, the lexical part starts with the combination of archaic words, legal words, synonyms and professional vocabulary, and the sentence part adopts the fixed translation method. The translation method and the split method focus on the analysis of typical stereotypes, passive sentences and complex long sentences in business contracts. Chapter four is a conclusion, which reviews, reflects and summarizes the whole process of translation practice in order to study in the future. Life and work encounter similar text to provide some reference and reference. The author hopes that through the analysis of the practice report, I can flexibly deal with and deal with the relevant texts in the future work and study, and provide some reference and inspiration for others.
