“绍兴—杭州成品油管道中交会”口译实践报告

【摘要】：能源—作为人类生存与发展的重要物质基础,关乎国计民生。此工程旨在将浙江省绍兴市的成品油油库的油品调配至杭州地区,以此缓解萧山机场及杭州地区能源供给压力,并为G20杭州峰会提供能源保障。此次会议口译的指导理论为释意理论。释意理论由塞莱斯科维奇教授及其他高等院校的学者们共同创立。释意理论的翻译程序为:理解原语—脱离原语外壳—译语表达。此次会议口译采用了增译、省译、意译、转译技巧处理译文。论文主要分为五个章节。第一章节为口译项目的概述,主要包括口译任务的背景、介绍、意义以及特点与难点。第二章节为口译任务实践过程,本章节着重介绍了译前准备工作。第三章节为论文的重点章节,此章节探讨了释意理论,其中阐述了释意理论的产生、翻译程序、翻译原则及技巧。第四章节将理论与实际相结合,分析了此次口译任务中出现的典型案例。第五章节为总结与启示,总结了本次口译获得的经验,对此次口译译文中的不足进行分析,并从中得到启示。通过分析文中的典型案例,将理论与实践相结合,更好地吸取了此次口译任务的经验教训,培养遇事不慌的心理素质。争取在今后的口译工作中扬长避短,同时也希望此篇论文能为其他口译学习者提供可取之处。
[Abstract]:Energy-as an important material basis for human survival and development, relates to the national economy and people's livelihood. The project aims to redeploy oil products from the oil depot of Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province, to Hangzhou to ease the pressure on energy supply at Xiaoshan Airport and Hangzhou area, and to provide energy security for the G20 summit in Hangzhou. The guiding theory of interpretation at this meeting is the theory of interpretation. The theory of interpretation was co-founded by Professor Seles Kovic and scholars of other institutions of higher learning. The translation procedure of the interpretive theory is to understand the source language-to get rid of the original shell-to express the target language. The interpretation of this meeting adopts the techniques of adding translation, saving translation, free translation and transferring translation. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is an overview of interpretation projects, including the background, introduction, significance, characteristics and difficulties of interpreting tasks. Chapter two is the practical process of interpreting tasks, which focuses on pretranslation preparation. The third chapter is the key chapter of the thesis, which discusses the theory of interpretation, including its emergence, translation procedures, translation principles and techniques. Chapter four combines theory with practice and analyzes typical cases in interpreting. The fifth chapter summarizes the experience gained in this interpretation, analyzes the shortcomings of the translation, and draws inspiration from it. By analyzing the typical cases in this paper, combining theory with practice, we can better learn the experience and lessons of this interpretation task and cultivate the psychological quality of not panicking. It is hoped that this thesis will provide some good points for other interpreting learners.
